Testamentary Trust Plan

Probate Avoidance Plan for Simple Estates

Basic Trust Plan

Individual: $1950   Couple: $2750

Includes the following:

- Consultations with your attorney

- Power of Attorney - Healthcare

- Power of Attorney - Property

- Living Will

- Pour-over Will

- Revocable Living Trust (no estate tax avoidance provisions)

- Certificate of Trust

Probate Avoidance Plan for Complex Estates

Individual: $2650   Couple: $3750

Includes the following:

- Consultations with your attorney

- Power of Attorney - Healthcare

- Power of Attorney - Property

- Living Will

- Pour-over Will

- Revocable Living Trust (with estate tax minimization strategy provisions and other asset management strategies)

- Certificate of Trust

Transfer on Death Instrument (TODI) for Residential Property

$350 for the drafting and recording of TODI

- Includes county recording fee.

- Additional documents requested are prepared at an extra charge.
