The Law Offices of Michael Rada, LLC. believes that, in many cases, disputes are best handled at the conference table, rather than in the courtroom. Mediation has been proven beneficial in many types of disputes, including family law and divorce, estate and probate conflict and contract disputes. Benefits include:

- Rates for Mediation: $200/hr (usually split 50/50 between the parties).

- A refundable retainer of $1000 is generally required, which is usually split 50/50 between the parties.
