TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By scheduling a Trademark Strategy Session with The Law Offices of Michael Rada, you agree to the following terms:
FEES PAID – Fees must be paid at time of booking and are non-refundable for any reason, regardless of whether you cancel, are not available at the time of the meeting, or are unsatisfied with the information that was provided to you in the call. No refund will be given if the call lasts less than the booked-for time. If the meeting must be cancelled due to an issue at our law office, you will receive a full refund if you are unable to reschedule. If a follow-up call is necessary, it can be scheduled at the then-current billable rate.
PURPOSE OF MEETING – The purpose of this meeting is to receive legal advice on your trademark matter based on the information that you provide to us. All meetings will be conducted by telephone call. All answers and advice provided will be solely based on the information that you provide, and the firm is under no obligation to further research your case or verify any information provided. The firm cannot speak to an opposing party or opposing counsel. You understand that in delivering our advice, we must rely solely on the information that is provided as being factual, complete, true, and correct. As part of this engagement, we will not file an appearance in court or the USPTO. Unless otherwise agreed, firm has no obligation to you after this meeting has concluded.
NO RESULTS PREDICTED ‑ Law Firm has not made any warranties or representations, nor have we given you any assurances as to the favorable or successful resolution of your trademark application, office action, claim or defense, nor as to the favorable outcome of any legal action that may be filed. All of our expressions relative to your case or trademark application are merely an opinion that was valid at the time any statements were made and based on whatever information that was then known by Lawyer.
